TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled installation or job commencement. If payment isn’t received by this date, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled.
If the booking is made
within 7 days of the scheduled installation or job commencement, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Styling Discretion

All styling decisions are at the discretion of our stylists. Items may be added or removed on the day to achieve the best presentation of the property.
This will not result in any adjustment to the agreed price.

3. Wall Art & Fixtures

Wall art and mirrors are typically hung using screws and wall plugs. If you prefer 3M hooks, you must notify us at least 7 days before installation.

Please note: 3M hooks often fail and may cause damage if artwork falls. Fixtures remain as installed for settlement and do not affect handover.

We are not responsible for repairing or patching walls (including patch and paint) where picture hooks have been installed for staging purposes.

4. Property Access

For insurance purposes, the property must be vacant of all people and personal possessions at the time of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.

5. Key Collection & Access Fee

If keys are not left at the property and our team needs to collect or return them from a separate location, a $50 fee per trip will apply.
The easiest way to avoid this fee is to have a lockbox installed at the property for key access.

6. Sale of Property During Hire Period

If the property sells before the hire period ends, furniture will be removed at that time. No credit or refund will be provided for unused hire time. A property is considered “sold” once finance is unconditionally approved on an accepted offer or a cash offer is accepted.

7. Hire Period & Extensions

If you want to extend your hire, you must let us know at least 3 business days before the expiry date. If notice is not received, collection will be scheduled for the expiry date, with access arranged through the real estate agent if required.

If we are unable to access the property for collection as scheduled, an additional hire fee of $1,000 per week will apply until access is provided.

8. Occupancy During Hire Period

The property must remain unoccupied and free of all pets for the duration of the staging hire period, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to installation. This applies from the commencement of the hire period until all staging items have been removed. Any unauthorised occupancy or presence of pets may result in additional fees, removal of staging items, or termination of services at our discretion.

9. Acceptance & Confirmation

By accepting our quotation and paying the invoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
